dash lights
Is it just the dash lights or did all the interior lights go out?
Did you make any changes prior to the dash lights going out?
I had a problem where all my interior lights went out including my dash and radio. It turned out to be a 5amp fuse under the dash and a 50amp fuse in the PDC under the hood.

Most times if its just the dash lights are out (for instance, the stock radio and heater control lights still light up), its just the connector on the back of the cluster assembly isn't making good contact. There isn't really any way around it: you have to remove the cluster assembly, disconnect the connector, and add some dielectric grease. It's been working pretty flawlessly for me for 3 years now.
You disconnect the electrical connector. inspect both the connector and the pin that goes into it to make sure its not corroded and that the pin is not bent or broken. Than add dielectric grease. Go to https://dodgeforum.com/m_550094/tm.htm and read it.
The exact pin might not be the same, so just add a tiny bit of the dielectric grease to each pin. Please note: a tiny bit. Too much and it will push itself out of the pin when you reconnect the connector and could cause some problems.
If it was a fuse, you wouldn't have heater control/radio back lighting either. It's not a fuse. 99% its the connector on the back of the cluster.

Oh, well, you fooled me by the statement above:
