Default I could use some help with my idle problem

Well I just replaced my cylinder head do to a radiator leak wich resulted in overheating and cracking the head on my 95 dakota 2.5l.. Now that Iv'e replaced the head along with the timing belt, a few vaccum hoses and the thermostat I'm having a problem with the idle. At first it runs for about 10-15 seconds then gradually dies. I took out the IAC and cleaned it twice and also grounded it and turned on the power and it budged slightly but only once even though i tried a few times.. that helped a little but it still dies...

Any ideas any one?????

To me it sounds like a vacuum leak. Check all hoses and make sure all gaskets are sealed. Test your intake manifold with something like brake cleaner or carb cleaner. Spray the gasket area. If the engine changes tone or anything you have a leak. Test hoses and anything you can. Becareful do not catch the engine on fire due to flammable chemicals.
