Default Black cap on Injector..

I don't think my injector is getting juice. Is the black cap on the injector supposed to draw any sort of power before the engine cranks? When I pop it off and put a test light on either of the silver tabs in it, I get nothing before cranking the engine. I havn't tried it while starting the engine....

With the key in the on position one should be positive. The other one is grounded when the computer fires that injector.

It's just the 2.5L so there is only 1 injector. Where do those 2 wires go that come out of that black hub? Might anyone know if they go to a fuse or the ASD relay?

You can check the wiring diagrams we have in the FAQ. You never said what year you have so its hard to answer that question if we don't have all the info.

It's a 95. I checked the diagram but they are all different colors there. I can just strip it back and see, I just wanted to basically know if it was supposed to be getting power.
