Sweet deal! Do me a big favor and take a picture off all the installed components (I'm working on designing my own and have ran into a few issues). Thanks in advance.

think i saw that one, does it include new upper control arms, the upper control arms where the ball joints screw in are pretty well f":>?ked on mine. i tack welded my new ball joints in to be sure. i want to put 31's on so that might be handy.

i down loaded a pic from a supplier on the net, just to make sure i got everthing. that might help you out in building one. i will try to post that as well. to FWTC it does come with upper controle arms. also i had 31x10.50x15 mud tires on my truck before without a lift, stock wheels. didnt have to cut, fit just fine. shipping was $135 coming from NJ. going to KY. i also found a set of 33x12.50x15 mudders on a set of alum. wheels(the kind that was on the General Lee) yesterday on craigs list. picked up today for $300 will have to buy the lug adapters though and that will cost me anouther $150. but all in all i should have $1200 in everything. that includes all new balljoints, and brake parts. will keep detail photos but here is all the parts for now. also you guys thats into building custom stuff, check out the rear disc conversion kit. this kit is $800 i think i can build it for a fracton of that. tell me thoughts on that.

Lol, my current plan for building one for less than $200, but the two problems I'm running into is how to lengthen the knuckles
(I have one design but I want to know how trailmaster did it) and what to do about dropping the torsion bar bracket (cause it's already low to the point where it hurts ground clearance, so lowering it further seems counter-productive.

Does that kit come with new steering knuckes?

no it does not come with knuckles unfortainly. the knuckles is whole reason the truck got put on jack stands in the first place. the hole were the caliper screws in stripped out and was allowing caliper to hit inside of wheel. i wont know how they stretch the knuckles untill it comes in tommorrow, but my first thought is they dont, i think there is a relocation braket for lower A arm(control arm) and with that you dont have to stetch knuckles. dont know for sure though. my torsion bar bracket not lower than front diff? i dont think. never had problem running it aground. i guess it would be possible to hit it on a rock, but if you hit that, i would think that would be the least of your worries. transfercase, front diff, rear diff, etc. what do you think about brake conversion? do you think it would be easy to fabricate?

Not sure about the brakes. What do you want to convert them to?

If you look in either my signature picture or the thread "Flex pics (just for fun)", that mound that I flexed out on... I could have cleared it straight on but the torsion bar bracket is lower than the frame rail and would have hit, so if I were to make brackets to drop the lower control arms, I'd have to drop the torsion bar bracket to keep them at the correct angle, but that would not help it clear stuff like that mound. (I hope that made sense, cause I don't know how else to word it)

i does make sense, but what im thinking if you lower the A arm the same amount that you lower torsion bar braket, then lowering torsion bar doesnt make things worse. now this does not solve your problem, but it kinda does a lift is not realy intended to give you that much ground clearance, it enables you to use bigger tires which in turn then gives you alot more ground clearance. it would take some major fabbin to change the the angle and hight of torsion bar relative to the A arm. in my opinion. the only way i can think of to do it would be to take it off and go with coil over.
p.s that a rear drum to disc conversion. also if you are lifting truck and plan on bigger tires, i would not change gearing till i did. you might have to go right back to were your at now. bigger tires makes your gear higher
