Ya there were some buckets with center consoles. Some people have even put in 2nd gen seats in. For the most part you can make anything fit. Just see what you like at your local junkyard.

Is it possible to put in 2 passenger seats and build a center council? Then the fabric will still match the rear seats. I thought about doing this cuz I would like a council as well.

Anything is possible. Just depends on the time you want to put into it and money of coarse.

Mopar Action did this 10-15 years ago. Put all of the articles into one of the "Tech Specials" that are on disc now. They took caravan seats and overhead console and showed all the mods required to seat frames and console to make them fit like original equipment. Also wired up everything to work.

This is how my truck came from the factory...

You could look in junkyards, or for people parting out their trucks on craigslist and see if you can find the factory bucket seats out of one of these trucks.

Just looked through my stack of "Tech Specials" and Mopar Now Issues and couldn't find it in there. Anyone else remember seeing this? Like 95_318 said, you can check JY or people parting out Dakotas.

I put a set of buckets in my '91.....direct swap pretty much, except for having to drill holes for the inner brackets(my floorboard did not have holes pre-drilled).

I'm having a he** of a time finding a console, though......those seem to get snatched up pretty quickly.

That came stock as a factory option? Were those seats used in anything else?

I have no clue, but that would be a great thing to call and ask a Dodge Dealership! If you do, let us know what they say!
