Help??? IAC Valve
Anyways I changed the TPS, the oil pressure switch, cleaned out the throttle body, air intake ect. My truck is spuddering everytime I am stopped at a light or am slowing down. I dont know exactly how to explain it. But when I am driving it is awesome no spuddering no nothing. Its only when Im stopped or getting really close to being fully stopped. I am thinking that it is the IAC and if its not I mean it doesnt hurt to change it. Does anyone have a diagram of where the IAC is located? Also I got a coolant temp sensor...can anyone tell me how to do that. And Ill need to drain the coolant? Thanks alot!
It is on the back of the Throttle body. The picture is in the FAQ.
The coolant sensor it is easyer if you remove the alternator. The it is easy to unscrew and install. It is best if you drain out the coolant into a bucket or anything clean so you can reuse it. If you don't coolant will come out when you remove the sensor. The drain is located at the driver side of the radiator at the bottom. Just unscrew it. Sevice manuals are located in the FAQ for more info.
