Just tried ccp 5 minute headlamp lense restore and wanted to let anyone with an older vehicle with yellowing headlight lenses that this product works well. My '95 dakota provided rather poor headlight illumination due to the age and yellowing of the lenses. Bought this product at an auto parts store and applied it and what a difference. So if your lenses are yellowed and provide poor illumination, try this product.

No, don't have any pics of the lenses but the difference in the illumination of the road at night is huge compared to what I had before using the product. This product comes with a drill chuck adaptor that you attach treated foam pads to via peel and stick and then dampen the pad and buff with your drill. Kinda wonder if a rubbing compound might do the same thing. Just wanted to make anyone with yellowed lenses that this product does make a difference.

I used Turtle Polish on my grandpa's Voyager minivan, and it made a pretty big difference.
Also, don't underestimate re-aiming the headlights. Overtime, they get out of whack.
When I get my truck road-worthy, I need to clean and aim my headlights.

I bought the 3M kit a few weeks ago. I've been trying to get it done but, something more important always comes up...(you know...the honey do list...). I'll try to do it this weekend and post before and after shots.

As far as headlight alignment, Dodgerules is dead on. They get out of alignment just over time and off road...now throw a few deer into the mix, and you got serious alignment issues..
