I hate...
Our upper suspension arm bushings. As I said many months earlier, they are a pain to get out.
I've set fire to the old rubber, and have beaten through it. Got the rod out (goes through the center of the bushings, and bolts to the frame).
Now just working to get the outer metal sleeve free from the arm itself. Cut what I could with a Dremel, and now using a punch/chisel to do the rest.
A lot of work!!
After I replace the bushings, I gotta weld one of the ball joints in place. Run the front metal brake lines, and than start putting the front end back together! It's (very slowly) coming back together.

After ruining the first arm, I decided I wasn't going to replace them.
But, after that ball joint screwed up, and I had to take the arm back off so I can weld it, I decided I'll just go ahead and replace them. Trucks been in the garage for 6 months. No reason not to replace them.
Still wish replacement lower bushings were available for 4WD.
