Lowering the shroud won't do you any good cause the fan won't be effectively cooling the water in the radiator when it's 4" lower. It's almost like having half a fan. At least that's my take on it.

I agree (although its only 2 inches). If your going to lower the shroud, the radiator needs to go with it. It shouldn't be too hard to cut some drop mounts out of some thick sheet metal.

yea, ill go and take a look at it in a bit.

And having 2" loswer on the fan shouldnt be that big of deal. My quad runs at 400 degrees and i dont even need a fan, i think it should be fine. When the fan is on it blows like a motherF@#%R anyways so i dont think that 2" is gunna make that big of difference.

im just gunna fab up a bracket do drop my shroud. My bro did tht with his Ranger and its just fine. If a POS Ford can keep running after that, i think i Dodge can lol
