Some Questions!
Heyy, I've been in rattle can mania lately and i was wonderin how to get the winsheild-wipers/wiper arms off so i can paint them. I did the grille today and it looks great, i'll take some pics when im all done. Also, how do i take the mirrors off? I havent looked but im guessin its not too hard?
And, any of you guys painted your dash? I was thinkin of goin white... lol it would look pretty cool i think.
I'm probly gunna paint my wheels tomorrow. I'm not gunna have them for long, so should i bother sanding/prepping them?
EDIT: not related to painting, but what size are the rear speakers? The b@stards that had the truck before me were either too cheap to put some in or jacked them before they sold it. Are they 5x7's?
Suggestions welcome, Kaleb

The procedures for removing everything on these trucks is in the FSM that can be downloaded from the link in FAQ2.
I can tell you for the mirrors that you have to take off the interior door trim panels and there are 3 nuts to remove.
Bad96_3.9 painted his dash, you could PM him for more info if he doesn't respond to this thread.
You will absolutely want to prep the wheels for paint. If there is any kind of grease or tire shine on them the paint will not stick at all, and if you don't sand them the paint won't stick for long.
The rear speakers are 5"x7"s and the fronts are 5.25"

This is the link from FAQ2 for the factory service manual download. It's 1400+ pages worth of PDF files for the entire truck.

Yes, the radiator support is part of the body. It houses the radiator, A/C condensor, grill, lights, hood latch, and supports the front of the fenders.
Here is a picture of the radiator support stripped down on my 2wd with the front most body mounts circled so you can get a better view of how it is set up...
