94 Dakota won't idle cold

I have a 94 Dakota V8 that will start (hard) but will not idle when cold. If I get the RPM's up the engin warms up and then runs fine. Any Ideas ?

Replace the IAC (Idle Air Controller) then reset the computer. The IAC is located at the back of the throttle body.

I changed the Idle Air Controller no change. How do I reset the computer ?

Disconnect the battery for a min or so.
