Question spit, sputter, vroommmm

Hi everyone...I have an interesting issue with my 93 dakota. It's a 5.2 V8. It starts and idles beautifully, then from 0-55 it spits, sputters and jerks. After 55, it runs smooth with no problems. It has many new parts: complete tune-up, EGR valve, PCM. I'm thinking it might be a vacuum issue, but I'm not sure. No codes are set. Any ideas?

try replacing the TPS and MAP sensors. run some injector cleaner through. change the fuel filter (if it hasnt already been done) and try replacing the o2 sensors too. other than replacing sensors, im not sure what it could be tho.
