Default Clutch disengagment

I have a 1989 Dakota 3.9L with the 5-speed manual. Sometimes, usually in the morning, the clutch isn't fully disengaging, pumping the clutch twice usually helps. The clutch and the slave cylinder were replaced 2 or 3 years ago and it hasn't been driven much since then. The reservoir for the clutch is also full. So any suggestions of what it could be.

Thanks,

How old is the clutch? One possibility is the hydraulic system is fine, but the fingers on the pressure plate could be worn out.

The clutch was replaced about 2 or 3 years ago when we rebuilt the engine. My grandfather had the truck, and he didn't drive it much, so there isn't many miles on it since the rebuild.

Well there are only 2 possibilities I know of. The first is air in the hydraulic system, but the hydraulic system in a non-servicable assembly, so it should have come already assembled with fluid in it. They aren't supposed to be bleedable, although there is a way to bleed them. The second is what I mentioned above.
