Default 3.9 to 5.2

I currently drive a 1993 club cab, short box, 3.9L 4X4 auto.
I want to replace the engine, trans and transfer case with those from a 1996 reg cab, long box, 5.2L. I also have exhaust manafolds form a 1993 5.2L to keep the 3in exhaust.

Was wondering if there would be any problems I would run into with this swap.

Well you'll need a computer for that 5.2 cause the '96 is obdII and won't plug into your trucks factory harness. You'll also need to run wires for the 2 new injectors along your old harness.

I have the whole truck that the engine is coming out of. Runs great, but massive frame rot. How difficult you think it will be to swap comps and harnesses?

Oh, and off this topic. about your sway bar removal. I've been driving this truck (stock height) for 4 years without a sway bar. Drove all the way across Canada with a U-haul trailer. There's a bit more roll cornering, some slight outside edge, front tire wear. But, the truck still roads just fine.
