I drive a 91 single cab 6cyl dodge dakota. I am installing a stereo system and I need single seats before I can do so. I still have the stock big seat.

Are there any compatible single seats for my truck? If not what will I have to do to get single seats in there?

 

Not 100% sure but I believe some one here put bucket seats from an older dodge van in an ext cab and they fit well.

 

I have a single cab though. I also heard that durango seats would work but I have no clue, they seem way to big.

Yup and still lovin em. Good stuff. I actually just took it apart and cut off the headrest. The wife and I are making my interior "redneck custom". Camo headliner, seat covers, door panel covers. The whole shabang. Basically if its cloth on the interior its getting redone in camo. The grey plastics will stay grey for now. Ohh yeah....the visors will get camoed too. Pictures to follow. The headliners drying as we speak.

 

Some dakotas came stock with buckets. You can make any seat fit.

Anyway, I see your from NC... I don't know how far you are away from this, but here are some bucket seats on craigslist I had thought about getting a while back from a 2nd gen Dakota... maybe they are still available.
