One of the captured nuts that holds the body mounts on wont accept a bolt. There are threads left, but I cant tell their quality. Is it something that I should be able to chase or what do I do? I really dont want to cut a hole in my floor to try to stick another one in there. I dont have a tap and die, but I might be able to borrow one from my local parts store.

 

Yeah you'll probably need to retap the hole and use a slightly larger bolt.

 

Tapped it with the same size and it worked out ok. Thanks for the response.
