Default 1995 Dakota wiper arms

Do you have to remove locking pins completely to remove wiper arms? I can move them out, but not completely?

Just slide out the tab. It only moves half way out. Then pull up on the arm it can be very stubborn to get off.

The manual says to "rock the arm back and forth" to get it to come off instead of pulling straight up. But like Crazy said, it can stubborn.

i don't know how much i should advise this, but i had no problem popping the arm off by prying up between the arm and the shaft with a flathead. they're kind of a .pita... but once you know how to do it, its painfully easy.

i used a flat head also. and a cloth to prevent scratches.

what causes them to stick is the hot/cold and weather elements
