Sorrry about not following the proper forum format I am a little new to this stuff. Anyway after reading about this problem and many others on the forum I decided to replace the IAC and the problem went away. Thanks to all that helped.

 

Any update? Like the OP, I used a TB cleaner and my idle is at about 1000-1100 now.
