Default Gas Gauge

1990 3.9.......Well after a year of living with my gauge stuck on full I decided to fix it. First thing went to dealer, the part ( sending unit)is no longer avail!!!! Any ideas? Are there after market parts out there?

Most auto part stores will carry them. Pepboys, Autozone, O Riles, Car Quest, Napa will be best quality. Around $200
anywhere.

unable to find, Napa no luck. If I take it apart whats the chances i can clean it up? think it is stuck in the full position.

I talked to a dealer a month ago about different parts for my truck and they said that crysler discontinued parts for vehicles prior to 97. Second of all. There was the same problem on my truck when it was new and had it fixed half a dozen times while under warrenty. My suggestion is to go with out because it will break again right away.
