Ya they will work. That equals out to a 31.46 x9.64R17. You can use a tire calculator like this one http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp

I thought you wanted 35's?

That tire would be a 31.5x9.5" tire. You have 17x9 rims, so they will fit, but if I were you I'd go with a 255 or 265. Also, why go down to 31.5 when your running 33s? I guess I just dont understand... the tires in your sig picture look like they could tear through some snow.

lol.. anyways, ok its a long story.. I will kinda run through it so you know. The 33's on my truck in the pic.. well, I bought them off some guy over the internet., When i bought them they were brand new, I guess I really should of been more suspicious but it ended up being that those tires were stolen. ****ty thing is,. I was out the money that I paid for the tires.. and I dont know the guy so cant really go after him. But anyways those tires are gone. So as of now im runnin bare tires that came with my rims when I bought them.. I found a set of BF goodwrinch all terrains the size i stated above for 300$ so i was thinkin of throwing those on for this winter.. because for a price of 2grand for the 35s I want is just to much at this moment. I wouldnt be able to get them before snow fall.

Well that clears that up. Yeah, I guess with that in mind, you should get them. I still say keep your eyes out for 1 or 2 sizes wider though.
