Lol, yeah, those torsion bars make an awesome tool! They are the right size hex head for the differential carrier adjuster, and they make a huge pry bar. I'm about to have 3 of them available to use!!!

holy crap guys i gave myself a headache on this one and had to take a nap. your gonna love your late 40's! wow those gears are chewed, someone leave a wrench in there after the last fluid change? i have a picture of my front diff out of the truck and partially disassembled, its on a disk somewhere when i find it i'll post. lot easier to figure out if ya got pictures of both in front of you.
thats something i did not think about slt, if the pinion is high or low, it does make a difference. this 3 dimensional stuff is givin me another headache.
