Okay, speaking of playing the stereo…mine wont work. I pulled the head unit, check the plug in the back…it has power….

Some one tried to wire something into the plug…think the bare wires they left back there may have touched….

Anyway, is there any way to test a radio other than having it plugged into the wire harness…..?

That is the only way to test the unit. If it is a stock unit, just go buy a new aftermarket unit. Heck walmart sells them for $30-$50. Much better than stock.

That may be true, except I live in the US virgin islands….we don’t have a walmart…and even if we did…you can just about plan on paying double here for anything….it all has to be shipped….sucks….but the beaches are nice…..
