All the Rams I've seen are drivers side drop. Unless the 1st gens are different.

the one thing i've learned slt is never assume the haynes manual is right . i've learned more here than i have from the manual.

 

Yup. That haynes manual is nothing but one person's opinion about how to work on the vehicles they write about. I haven't picked up my haynes manual since I downloaded the FSM from here... I'd rather go off what the engineers who designed the trucks say to do rather than some mechanic.
