still can't get this thing out driving me nuts my poor GTR is out in the cold while i work on my truck! lol

anyways as i said in second post i was mistaken i was half asleep when i was trying to figure out why it wasn't coming apart.

I think i am just going to have to drill through the pinion or something that might be the easiest way got a replacement for 13 bucks just need to find away to cut through 2-3mm of this hard hard metal...

 

Do you have a torch to cut through it? A little messy but might be your best bet.

BTW, very offtopic, but post up some pics and info on that skyline! Thats not somthing most of us get to see everyday! Is it right hand drive?

 

don't have one but any excuse is a good one to buy some more tools

Here is the skyline 1994 100k kms cost me 12g canadian
if you do not know has roughly 330hp awd, all wheel steering (managed to break this last time i drove it before winter came haven't ripped into it yet lol), twin turbo inline six.

 

Oxy-Acetylene torches can get expensive, but its definately a good thing to have around! It should be able to cut through the center pin, just be very careful if you go that route! Some people use those torches to weld up their spider gears... and i doubt you want to do that!!

That skyline is sick! Definately clean. I've always liked those cars.
