hey .. i have a problem , my headlights on my 89 dodge dakota are not working , i was wondering if anyone new where the fuse was located .

never mind that guys ... i have high beams but no low beams witch makes no sence too me can anybody help me out

For fuse locations, check faq (the sticky at the top of this section).

My guess is possibly a bad switch or bad relay.

yeah i would go with bad switch you can buy new or the cheap way like me. go to j/y and snag a few easiest way to tell if it really is your problem would be test you output to your headlights from switch or if like most look at the plug if it looks like its melted its bad just replace it. hope that helps ya man good luck.

Not to state the obvious but you did check the bulbs first right?
