I know you can get them at autozone.com and have them shipped to your house they range from 10 to 35 depending on what you would like to get.

You have no options but to keep checking junkyards, craigslist, ebay, etc. I have been looking for one myself for a long time now. Dodge quit production of them a long time ago and no dealerships have any in store... I've checked.

I'll keep an eye out too. Just out of curiosity, are you looking for the transfer case shifter boot for an automatic transmission or manual transmission, cause they are different?

Sad thing is, I had one that came out of my truck when I did the auto to manual transmission swap and I think it made its way to the dump when I cleaned out the garage.

For the 4wd or for others the others manual transmission and need one I feel like someone else asked this and someone found a site. Try doing a search. For my guess is a universal can be made to fit. Try www.jcw.com they have tons. Or use the parts manuals to find the part number and try one of these OEM sites or the other sites we have in the FAQ2.

Have you check the OEM sites Brian? Your usually thorough on your searches, so I'm sure you did. I got my 4wd with a good Boot. I got one from the junkyard as a spare too.

Actually, I never did check the OEM sites. When the dealership told me they were discontinued years ago and no one had any old stock remaining, I figured that went for the OEM sites as well.

But Felipe, do you know if any of your local junkyards have 4x4 5 speed daks on the lot with good boots? I'd love to get one thats not torn. That was the only think that sucked about the parts I got for the transmission swap, is the guy ripped both boots!!

I have seen the boots. No clue if they are any good ones, remember I live in the desert and the rubber dries very easy. There might be a good one. I will check, I don't know when I will go.
5207 8413 w/Manual Transmission
4338 786 w/Automatic Transmission

www.Dodgparts.com lists the Manual transmission one.
