Default 92 Dakota project

So a little info about the truck and stuff :P

I have posted here a few times and everyone has been very helpful so i thought i would make a truck to track my progress.

Little info about myself i'm 19 and just doing this sort of thing for fun this is a very low budget build as my other car eats up most my cash lol.

Bought this truck a little while ago and needed to do some repairs to pass inspection rear brakes, a cv boot (made quite the mess cleaning the joint out), u joint, both rear park brake cables and a pesky axle seal damn pinion lock bolt or w/e it's called. This truck will be on the road soon! just waiting for the special tool to setup backlack and preload then i can go to town with a dial indicator and some gear marking compound...

I only have one bad picture for now but i will post more up on monday when it's light out and i can take some better ones.

Here are some rims and tires i picked up today for 150$ i had the stock ones on there before and just wanted something a little wider and taller.

Lol, I paid $15 for my dial indicator and magnetic stand at harbor freight! Cheap one but it works.

I don't know of Stillen Tools. Is it a Store or is it the brand of the dial indicator? Starrett is the Cadillac of Machining tools. I could expect that price for a Starrett.

Ya sounds right for a Starrett. Cant believe you actually forked over the cash for one of those. Anyways... I gotta have some info on those wheels. I Googled Pacemark wheels and only found references to tires. Those are exactly the style I've been looking for. Anything you tell me would be appreciated. Thanks
