I did a multimeter test to my speed sensor and got no reading. So I checked the speed sensor harness wire and found that there is a spliced up red wire and another one that is cut. I guess I will start by replacing the connector wires all the way up to the PCM because it looks a mess.

I hope it fixes the shifting problems.

That could be a problem right there.

Finally FIXED!

I finally found the problem it was the speed sensor harness wires were cut and I had to reattach them. The previous owner did a half *** job on the wires so I fixed his mistakes. I guess the reason I didn't notice the problem in the summer is because the transmission was using the temp sensor to shift or something and that would explain odd shifting in cold weather only.

Now I can finally speed down the highway in Overdrive without stressing my engine in 3rd gear. I would like to thank everyone for there help and support.

Parts changed-

Temp sensor
Speed Sensor
O2 Sensor

Thanks again

Cool! I'm glad you got it. Like said before, the computer was telling you something was wrong in that circuit. No need to look further.
