As long as both speedo's being swapped are either electronic or both are cable driven, the two clusters are interchangeable. You may have to change out the speed sensor in the trans, but that's it. I took the 85mph speedo that was in my '92 out and put in a 125, and didn't have to do anything else, the calibration was in the head, so I didn't need to change out the sensor.
