Ya that 400rpm makes the difference. Of coarse there are always variations of HP and TQ numbers, especially among different years.

I forgot where I found it but the 5.9 Magnum HP 245. TQ 350. (I like this version better.)
The Chevy Vortec 5.7 is HP 250, TQ 345. Very close numbers.

 

Mine won't rev at all. It has a bad cell in the battery. Isn't that just perfect!!!
