Default what the heck is this...

So I started my truck and I'm giving it a lil gas then I start to rev the engine pretty good and when I give it more gas i hear this PHTSSSSSSS and the engine stutters and then rocks the ride a little. I put a bit of fuel injector cleaner in the tank aswell. Any ideas what this could be?

Hmm I guess I can check the hoses when i get a chance... I hope someone else can chime in with some possibilities. The pedal wasn't even hitting the floor, I could have revved it even harder. I was mainly doing it to let the fuel injector cleaner run thru the system. It kind of has me worried.
