Oil Pan replacement problems

If you can still put a bolt in it, I wouldn't worry about it. I would grind it down flush and use a tap to rethread it and move on. Once you put sealer on it and torque the bolts to spec. You'll forget all about it.

Thanks everybody for the advice.

I took a drive to Harbor Freight, $7.50 for a Top of the Line 3" air cut off tool and $3.00 for a pack of disks. Ground it off. Retapped.

The pan is back on!
