Front wheels now rub the caliper banjo bolts
You installed the wheels when the original pads were partly worn, not that you put new ones on, they will rub.
I read somewhere that if you use gen2 wheels, you need gen2 calipers....supposedly they fit...OR, go to 16" wheels....

Boy I wish I'd found this thread before now... I'd have just bought new rims instead of getting a used set of '99 15x8's. They just barely rub enough to make a shiny spot on the inside lip of the wheel.
Now I see why the banjo bolt was ground down on my front calipers when I bought the truck...
What side of the bolt has to be ground down a little?

I had the same problem when I put those wheels on my '92. I ended up having the inside of the rims machined out a hair and I also ground down the brake line bolt a little to get the clearance. I've been curious to know what other GenII owners have done to get the GenIII wheels to fit, specifically the 15x8's.
