Coil spacer lift..
Will stock front shocks be long enough for 3 inch spacers? Or will the shocks need to be upgraded?
If so any recommendations on what shocks to use and how long?

Yes, to raise it with coil spacers you'll need longer shocks. Or you'll end up with little or no suspension travel by extending the shocks out almost (if not!) all the way.
