This is unique. Is it a custom?

Ya it is a Dealer made package. Here is the copy and paste from the FAQ in this section.

Lil Red Express (1990- 1992 by LER industries, made after factory at the dealer)

How much time was spent swapping to the 4bt. I have a 1994 Dakota with the 3.9 v-6 and keep having problems with a no start. My crankshaft sencor is showing some resistance and I've been having overcharging problems. The truck only has 108,000 on it and it has no leaks. I have only put around $200 into it after buying it for $400 and it gets great gas milage so I am trying not to get rid of it. So far with the no start I've replaced the PCM and today am going to replace the crankshaft sencor if that aint the problem what would be the next step to take.
