Fuel Pump Problem 1988 Dakota

I have a 1988 Dakota V6 4X4 with 350,000 MI. I recently replaced the fuel pump and got it running but it only runs for 5 mins then stalls out every time any advice?

Sounds like you got a wire problem. Check to see if you have power to the ASD and fuel pump relays.
