Default Need source for 5.2L flexplate

I am looking for a 5.2L flex plate. Anyone know where I can pick one up besides a junk yard?

Also, on a side topic, what is the real difference between a flex plate and a flywheel? I know one is for use with a clutch and one with a torque converter, but in addition to that in terms of how they function?

http://www.hughesengines.com/Index/index.php has some. Good price too.

Flex plate is for Automatic transmissions.
Fly wheel is for Manual transmissions.

Most people don't know the difference and call them the wrong term. I may have done it too!

I believe the service manual may call it Flywheel a few times instead of flex plate.

Looking it up it seems like the flex plate is lighter,, usually stamped steel, and the flywheel is heavier and machined often times. The reason for the heavier flywheel seems to be to give the clutch/flywheel more momentum when turning, while the flex plate has no need for this since it is hooked up to the torque converter. I should add all this is internet info so could be slightly innacurate.

Thanks for the link. I broke down and tried the dealer, $33, not bad for a dealer part. I like Hughes though, good stuff.
