Default Sway bar!!

I was wondering how to remove the sway bar or end links on my truck to get more flex? Or if its even possible. I have heard of people doin it but I dont know about my 90 dakota. I was wondering what it is I have to remove. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Just simply unbolt it. It has 2 bolts on each control arms. Then 2 mounts in the center. 2 bolts per mount.

95 318SLT took his off. He said he got more flex. But unnecessary if unless your pushing the truck around some crazy angles.

With it off you will get more body roll.

I say leave it on but go ahead and see if you like it. If not reinstall it.

(4WD)
Should be 2 bolts holding the sway bar to each suspension arm. And than, a little inboard from that, on each side, 2 more bolts holding it on.
A total of 8 bolts, which hold 4 brackets.
Fairly easy to get off. Wasn't so easy to get back on (alignment issues, due to changes in suspension angles)

(2WD)
Since I don't own a 2WD, all I can do is look at the parts manual.
Looks like it's one bolt connecting the sway bar to each suspension arm, and just inboard, on each side, 2 more bolts.\
2 brackets, and a total of 6 bolts.

Thanks for the input guys. I dont put it on any crazy angles just thought it would be cool to be able to if needed, but I guess thats what the 4wd is for to pull it across huh. lol thanks again for the input.

You really won't see much body roll with the torsion bars cranked up tight! I took mine off because I had the bars up so tight that the sway bar was starting to fight the torsion bars.

I dont have them smashed yet. I will probably smash them when I have time to lift the back of the truck. It sits low in the back already and I dont like that look so im not gonna make it look worse lol. The front bumper is almost 2 inches higher than the back bumper at this time.
