Yes it will. But the V6's came with the AX-15, which may not be able to handle the V8 power. HD clutches will help.

Lol, he is talking about a manual transmission Crazy! No clutch packs!
But otherwise, Crazy is right, the '95 v6 came with an AX-15 behind it and won't stand up to the 360. There is really nothing you can do to make a manual transmission stronger... except maybe putting in straight cut gears, not that anyone makes them for an AX-15!
But if you know for a fact that your truck has an NV3500 in it (someone would have had to put that transmission in there themselves), then it will work fine.
