Power Loss Issues

ok, soooo...I have done the tune up including all the plugs and wires and what not. the cap and rotor were in *bad* shape. also i changed the pcv valve and the iac valve. i also cleaned the oil off of the back of the engine and the bell housing. the truck runs a LOT smoother now and power delivery is much more fluent for the most part. the other part...there is still a particular window of revs (about 1100rpm-1600rpm) the engine stumbles and sputters a bit. i am not sure what could be causing it at this point because at this point i have narrowed the issue down to the engine i think. any ideas?

Did you gap all your plugs to .035"?

you too must be a manual thing, but mine peaks around 5200 the only time i do that is to annoy the guy next to me or scare kids following me on bikes
