You'd be looking to lift the truck to fit those! Some coil spacers or a 2 inch body lift should do it. But the biggest problem you'll run into is that 265 width!

Its the DRL module, when I hooked it up my headlights came on, so its faulty, thats why it was disconnected. It also explains why 95_318SLT, you dont have one. Its one of those funky Canadian features...Learn something new every day.

Are you sure it is faulty? The DRL is Daytime Running Lights. Which means it turns on the some front lights it is usually the headlights or fog lights that it turns on.

In 2WD form like you have, you'll need some lift to fit those. 235/75-R15's are probably as big as you could go. The 4x4's have the additional room for 30x9.50-R15 or sometimes with some torsion bar cranking, 31x10.50-R15 will fit.

Ran the numbers on the unit and every place that listed it, showed that its the DRL. With no key in the ignition, if I hook it up, my headlights come on. Could be a little hard on the battery I think. As I cannot turn them off. Ran a test and its also, when activated, running the hi-beams on a lower voltage. So will look for a new one.
Guess I will be looking for a good all terrain tire in a 235/75/15 size till I can find flares and a spring booster type lift.

The DRL module is supposed to run the high beams at a lower voltage, thus daytime running lights. Its not supposed to be bright, just bright enough so u don't have to turn on your headlights on the highway. If you leave it connected and turn off the ignition and then turn it back on, your DRL's will not turn on. When it left connected, the lights won't turn on until the vehicle speed sensors detects tire movement.

Thats why I figure its pooched...it wont turn off....Ran all the tests...been doing this for awhile...and there appears to be a short inside the unit...so I will just replace it. Don't need to be running any "un-planned" battery tests.
As a side...where can a person find a 2 inch coil spacer lift in Canada?
