I just got done installing a Magnaflow exhaust system onto my truck! Sounds great!
I was wondering what intake you guys would suggest?
Any shifters that fit my truck?

Please be specific on your questions.
Do you have an Automatic or a Manual transmission? Are you looking for a shifter with a new shaft as in a shorter or longer shifter? Or just a simple top?
For tops most auto parts stores sell universal tops. You can get a Skull, 8 Ball, Cobra ect.
For an intake are you looking for an Intake Air Filter setup? Or an Intake Manifold?
For air intake K&N sells the open filter tops.
For intake manifolds you can get the M1. Mopar performance intake. You can get it from www.dodge.com and go to performance parts. Or www.summitracing.com or http://www.hughesengines.com/Index/index.php has their own style M1's.

The factory air intake is a cold air intake... it draws air from behind the grill, away from hot air.
An open filter is not a cold air intake... it sucks in all the hot air blowing through the hot radiator and gets all the heat coming off the heads/headers.
But with that said, if you want an aftermarket cold air intake, your only options are to fit one designed for a 2nd gen Dakota or make your own from scratch.
If you want an open filter, K&N makes one thats apparently made out of gold, rubies and diamonds, or Mopar Performance makes one, or you can peice together your own for a fraction of the price.

Yeah, I was thinking about getting a shifter like that too, but I thought it would lower the value of my awesome truck :P
