Dash pads

Are all gen 1 Dakota dash pads interchangeable? Has anyone done this? How labor intensive is it? Is everything fairly easy to reach? Thanks,Scott.

anything from 87 - 96(i think) is interchangeable. i'm just not sure how easy it is

It is not just a pad. It is the entire dash. It all will have to be replaced. A lot of work.
