Default Strange running issues

Well ever since I rebuilt my motor I've been having one issue that has just been racking my brain. Well my 96 Sport with a Jeep 2.5 keeps throwing off a code of P1391, and the book says it's a intermittent loss of CMP (camshaft) or CKP (crankshaft) sensors, well replaced the CKP and she still ran fine, replaced the CMP (it's not even a Camshaft Position Sensor it's a Pick-up Coil)and she don't want to start, I've tried one from Autozone, Advance Auto Parts, Napa, Car Quest, and International Autoparts. They all do the same thing, They allow the truck to crank, but no spark or late spark or even a backfire. It's really making go crazy right now. Plus last night while I was at work and thinking of ways to keep the truck legal in Connecticut, I also replaced the Catalytic Converter with a High Flow one by Cherry Bomb (does give it a meaner sound) but today after I installed it, she farted a little bit as I was driving and threw of a code P0138 which means Oxygen Sensor Circuit high Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2) I'm just trying to figure out does that mean the front or the rear Oxygen Sensor is shot?? Because fore I replaced the Cat, I never had this code. I'm just really scratching my head on these two codes.

Well the first code is telling you something is wrong on the crankshaft sensor circuit or the pickup coil circuit. Since it is not the sensors it must be the wires or connectors or computer.

The 2nd code is the 2nd O2 sensor in the line, which is the O2 sensor after the cat. It is telling you something is wrong with the cat. The sensor trying to read a stock cat not a high flow one. So the reading is off. You can put on your old cat to fix the code or live with it. Some people have made spacers to fool the sensor reading. Check the DIY in the FAQ in the 2nd Generation Dakota sub forum.

Well I have replaced both sensors and checked the voltage on both of them the Crank comes up good with either the old or the new one but the Cam Sensor is the main one giving me the issues. I put a brand new one in and the truck wont fire up, I put my old one in and she runs like a champ. As for the O2 Sensor, I'm going to try an anti fouler trick to see if it works or even if I have the room.

Well while I was driving with my girl tonight, hit a traffic jam (as always at 1am in Connecticut on I-95) well after about 5-10 min if just clutching it, after I started to give her some gas she started farting but once I got her back on the highway and got her to a constant cruising speed she still did fart but not as much. I'm more or less thinking it's time to replace the distributor or something because this is really strange. I've ran cars with no cat's and they ran mint, my Jeep has no cat and runs extremely well, I used to have a 1997 Bonneville had straight pipes on it (sounded MEAN after I added the Flowmaster 40) and it never farted like this. It's farting while I'm holding speed and speeding up, I honestly don't know. But I remember while we were trying to get her started the first time after the rebuild, we had a issue getting spark we had to literally play with the distributor to get it to fire up.

Guess I'm the only one that's having a retarded issue like this, I always see posts about the P1391 but never see a response fix.

Well I went to go do the rear O2 fouler trick, and when I went to remove it (kept blasting it with PB Blaster for a day or 2) and when it came down to taking it out, the O2 broke apart (screwed up I know), so I put a new Botch O2 in, and did the fouler trick, but wont know fully if it works til tomorrow when I put some miles on it.
