Hey guys...
I have a 96 dakota with the 3.9 in it, and im going to put a new muffler under it...
I cant really decide tho, if i want a cherrybomb, or some sort of flowmaster...
They both sound good to me, especially the flowmasters, but im not sure if they will sound much different on a V6.
So, i guess im posting just to ask you guys... Does anyone on here (okay, okay, who on here) have either behind a 3.9?? What do you think??
And the other thing... The tailpipe rusted off on the previous owner. What happens if i dont replace that, with the muffler?? Thanks everyone... Im new at this... This is my first truck...

without a tailpipe, you'll be sucking in exhaust and treating everyone around you at stoplights to a big dose of carbon monoxide. if you want it louder, try a pipe without a muffler...could get a ticket, tho.

Build yourself a custom "H" or "X" pipe exaust that flows into flowmasters and dumps out each side befor the rear tire. That would make you a BAMF. Infact i going to go coppyright this idea....
