Default Small AC leak

If I have a small AC leak in my system and I need to replace my condenser anyway, is is possible to just change out all the seals/o-rings at the same time? I am not sure where the leak is, but before I recharge it I am wondering if this is a good idea.

Ya seals/O-Rings are always a good thing to replace. The best thing is to see if autozone ect has a AC system rebuild kit or a seal kit. If not you can match the O-ring sizes but getting factory replacements is best. I doubt Autozone ect will have them individual by part number.

Good to know. I didn't even know seal kits were possibly available. I will definately go check it out.

I should be getting my vacuum and gauges in soon. Since I need to do the heater cores like I said in my other thread, I figure it is worth the investment. I have always wanted to be able to do my own AC work anyways.
