Matt,

Double check the headlight switch/****. if you turn that it will make the dash lights dimmer/brighter. I thought my dash lights were jacked unti i turned the **** and they lit up. IIRC twist it to the right and the lights get brighter.

Anyway, just double check that before tearing things apart :P

Good Luck!

Under normal circumstance issaker I would agree with you! However you should reread the original post. He was in his passenger seat and accidentally kicked the dash which caused the loss of illumination. Make a video please of you kicking your dash and show us all how that makes your headlight swich **** rotate without someone turning it! Lol! I'm not being a, ahem, a-hole issakar I'm simply enlightening you with the facts!

Partsman,

Thx for enlightening me. I did reread the post and feel I supplied good advice in regards to the info given. It is implied but not stated that the dash lights were working previous to the grounding issue. I was merely suggesting the orig poster check the simple issues before moving into more involved ones. It takes 5 seconds to check the ****

Thx none the less! I did reread it! Hopefully we find out what caused the issues :-o
Cheers
