Default 93 Dak conking out

So I recently did a head gasket swap, PCM swap, redid the notorious splice (and other splices).

After having the new PCM installed, I noticed my idle was MUCH lower. The truck would almost stall but then it picked up again. Over the past couple of days, my idle level has gradually increased.

Today after filling up on gas, my truck fired up for about 3 seconds, then conked out. I then started it with pressing the gas pedal. Is it just the PCM getting used to my truck, or should I start chasing wires, vacuum hoses, or IAC?

Could be anything. IAC is the usually problem with idle issues.

Replaced my IAC and noticed a slight improvement, then replaced my air filter gasket (just happened to notice it was half gone and torn up), idling better now. No conking out just yet.

Still a crazy low idle, but I guess it's because of the new PCM.
