Default Distributor?

Ok so i have been having a no spark problem with my 92 5.2 4x4 i purchased a new cam and crank sensor and tested circuits all seems good problem is after changing sensors twice truck runs for about 30 min and quits like you turned off the key. i took the distributor out and boy does it have play in it plus oil inside. so my question is could this play in the distributor cause the problem? i seem to think so but distributors are expensive and really nothing to it on this truck just a shaft to turn a plate for the magnetic pickup. can i get bushing from dealer or whatever i need to rebuild the distributor?

This describes to a T what my Dakota was doing. I worked on it for over a month, spent a LOT of money, and it turned out it was the PCM. Look into that before you start replacing parts randomly.
