Default Low power on acceleration

I have a 96 with a V6. I have 203000 miles on it. She also has a tow package. When I am on the freeway doing 60-65 and I need more juice, there is none it down shifts for a second or two and it feels like it is starving for fuel. I cleaned the throttle body, and have put OEM plugs, wires rotor and cap. The fuel filter (according to records) was changed a year or two ago, roughly 10k miles.
Any suggestions?
thanks

when was the CAT changed last? they will clog up over time and restrict the exaust thus the result can be exactly what you describe. Years ago mine got so bad the gasket off the header blew from so much back pressure. After it blew the truck ran great all power was back.

The Cat was changed a year or so, but it has run like crap for that time, so that could be. It passed smog so it must be too plugged.
I figure changing the sensors AZ93Dok spoke may be the fastest and cheapest route. I dont want it to be the cat, because then I have to pay someone to do the work. I hate doing that. LOL
thank you guys, I will post an update.

I replaced the MAP sensor, works much better, but I feel like there is more power to be gotten. Am going to try some other sensors, I will keep you all posted.
